(01:25) half baths as you can see it's got high-end finish outs with granite countertops and stylish designer backsplash that's the front door we just walked in again this is two-story and we're upstairs it's got three bedrooms and all three bedrooms actually have walk-in closets the bedroom's also got carpet and they all have ceiling fans as well all right hold on hold on I do want to mention they do have one bedroom units apartments that are starting out at 737 square feet and that's actually a
(01:57) pretty good size for a one bedroom apartment and these units go all the way up to about about two thousand square feet for these Town Homes these full-size Townhomes this one's a again it's a two-story and you're going to notice real quick and all these bathrooms the hallways and the finish out you can see that they really did finish it out in high quality and really does give you that luxury feel not only in here but outside as well we're gonna go over that here in a minute you'll notice right there is a
(02:26) washer and dryer they do come with these units from what I've been told this one in particular is upstairs so you don't have to haul close up and down the steps on this town home here really good sized master bedroom here and you're really going to be surprised about the size of this master bathroom in here here is the closet I cannot stress enough how big a closet this is it might be enough room for my wife's shoes I don't know but you'll see plenty of shells and two hanging racks up upper and lower and
(02:58) then you can see here the double vanity Granite again granite countertop and everything is designer and you'll also notice that it does have a walk-in shower as well as a separate tub and look at the tile stylish tile going up with the ceiling all right okay hold on there's more alright so real quick this is the actual floor plan of the of the unit we were just looking at this is the front doors we came in you can see the kitchen back here this is the living room a dining room right here and then the steps that come up
(03:29) here as you can see there's a powder room here a coat closet back here and then there was that door back there by the fridge refrigerator we've seen that goes out to the two-car garage and as you can see it's a it's a good sized garage it's 20 by 20 just a little bit bigger and this is pretty open in spacious right here this is again it's on the first floor all right so let's look at the second floor now all right so now we're at the second floor when you come up the steps the two bedrooms
(03:54) are back over here and as you can see they both have walk-in closets all right then you got a little linen closet here and then you got the washer and dryer upstairs as well so you don't have to go down and haul your clothes down up the steps there's the uh the hall bath right here and you got to check this out this is the master bedroom right here it was it was a pretty good size remember there was that desk in there and then there was that master bathroom remember it was a really good size plenty of counter
(04:23) space on this double vanity here a walk-in shower right here as well as a tub and look at the size of this closet there was a lot of room in that closet so again a lot of space in this town home this is a three bedroom two and a half bath and this is the second floor of the master bedroom and the two-bedroom truck over here and they all have walk-in closets all right so let's move on okay I'm gonna redo this video once it's complete but once this place is done it's going to deliver a vacation
(04:49) caliber style experience this is the lounge area and right outside this Lounge area you can be going into some fire pits there's an outdoor kitchen that's going to be right behind us and this is the resort style swimming pool with the fitness center there as well as a business center this is going to be a lawn area with more fire pits this is going to be great hold on hold on all right let's take a look at the layout of this whole complex there remember it's got Town Homes as well as apartment
(05:14) units all right and now this is Legacy Drive and the main entrances right in here and you have another entrance exit over here in this area as well now we're going to go ahead and just zoom in and see what what we got because everything is labeled 102 I believe is the unit that we actually toured and then right across that is the leasing Center and the cafe lounge if you remember looking at the pool table in the fireplace that's where that area is I called it I believe I called it the clubhouse and you got the mail room right here and
(05:41) right outside the clubhouse you have fire pits here you got outdoor kitchen and then you got the swimming pool here as well and then if you remember seeing there were units over here and on the other side of the swimming pool is the fitness center that there's actually people working in there and it was empty so there wasn't really nothing to record but uh whenever they get finished up I'll do another video and then right next to the fitness center is going to have her business center as well with
(06:01) all the Wi-Fi and this on the other side of that you're gonna have a big oversized Great Lawn area for relaxing or do whatever you got to do he gets a couple of rural areas as well as some more fire pits now the outer units they're all town homes and I believe the inner units are all apartments and then you'll have a couple of Conference Centers over here right here and right here parking area and I believe this is covered parking as well and as you've seen before there was actually some attached garage as well
(06:26) and obviously you probably already know that this gray area is where you drive around all right so now you have an idea of the actual layout because you can see it is squared and it's off of Legacy so it's the name of the complex Legacy Square all right hold on now don't go nowhere all right so hold on here is the Plano Independent School District uh boundary map right here you can see the boundary right here and I'll leave a link to this website I believe it's greatschools.org if I remember correctly

(07:39) Google Maps and going to show you the approximate location of Legacy Square Apartments and a lot of times people want to rule out a place to live if it's too far from their work or their school or any other location as you can see it's about 20 miles from Dallas and about 19 miles from the entrance of the DFW airport and you come over here to Fort Worth and you can see it's about 40 miles from there okay so I know some of y'all are saying that's not driving time we're gonna come over here and we get
(08:03) directions and driving time gonna hit directions here we're going to swap this over we're gonna go to Dallas downtown I believe the address over there close to downtown is 300 Reunion Boulevard Dallas Texas and that's shown the time as of right now so if you want to arrive by eight o'clock on a Monday or Tuesday morning now it's telling you it's typically about 40 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes to drop travel from the Legacy Apartments all the way down to downtown Dallas so if that's too far for

(09:09) Legacy so what you have here for shopping and dining that's pretty close you got this area over here it's called Waters Creek Village got the Cheesecake Factory and a lot of shopping and dining around here as well and then you got courses at Water Creek right here just right down the road the other place a lot of people like if you just keep heading west on Legacy you run into The Shops at Legacy and just on the other side of Dallas North Tollway you'll run into the infamous Legacy West shopping
(09:35) and dining in that area and then right up north here is not too far it's going to be the star also the the brand new HEB that opened up over here is Spring Creek and Preston brand new they just put that in there hold on hold on let me show you something else I'm gonna take this dude here and I'm gonna show you you could drop this guy anywhere where it's blue put it right here on the intersection all right so make sure you drop that dude right there in the intersection you might have to zoom in
(09:56) we're going to show you this is the corner Legacy and Custer and as you can see there's the apartments back there now if you start moving around here clicking here and you can see in there they all sudden they appear here the brand new these are the brand new town homes right here and they're still being built as of today okay again this is a very residential area so you have to drive maybe a five miles to get to all the shopping and dining but it is kind of a quiet area hey use this tool to go ahead and just look around this

(00:25) know about all the best deals here in Plano and beyond all right so now let's check out these apartments it is my understanding that these apartments went under new management in late 2022 I was informed and you'll notice here that these apartments although they were built in 2000 have been renovated they have unique layouts and they offer options that include newly upgraded apartment homes with granite countertops sustained steel appliances and they have units starting from a one bedroom one bath 660 square feet which is this one
(00:56) here on up to three bedrooms two and a half town homes with just over 1500 square feet and some have attached garages and some have fireplaces it's also my understanding that these units all come with full size washer and dryer but you need to be sure and verify as things change all the time okay I just want to show you the floor plan real quick of the unit we just got through taking a video of this is the kitchen I don't know if you remember we were in here we took a look around here and this is the open area here this has
(01:26) got some mock Furniture in there in the balcony I think we walked in the bedroom and walked into the bathroom over here I just wanted to give you an idea the washer and dryer in here as well all right so let's move on hold on hold on all right I'm going to show you this place on the map here in a second now keep in mind this place is located on Ohio Drive and it which can get busy at times but but it's not too bad now you probably noticed it had its own dog park bear which I all fenced it in and this
(01:54) Clubhouse I call it a clubhouse it's fairly large area lounging area with a coffee bar it's got a yoga room as well as this uh fitness center so they're two separate rooms also they got a real nice pool here with a nice fire pitch to lounge around and they inside lounging area by the pool with the fireplace hold on hold on I'll show you more all right so here's the apartment complex layout this is Ohio Drive and going straight up is North this is Razor Boulevard which turns into headquarters that goes right
(02:24) into towards Legacy Legacy West area which is not too far from here by the way I'll show you that in the map here in a second anyhow this is the very front here this is the clubhouse leasing office as well and then the swimming pool right there and all these right here are covered parking so they got covered Park in there as well as the garages that are available and obviously open parking as well but these are little areas here different different building numbers and I was told they all had their own Grill areas
(02:55) lounging areas for each one of these little apartment buildings themselves I just want to show you real quick so hold on hold on all right real quick I want to show you that this marker here is where the actual apartment complex is at and you can see that it's actually in the frisco Independent School District now you have to confirm that yourself but anyway I'll leave a link to this website this is as per greatschools.
(03:16) org you've got a lot of information in here as well all right let's let's move on I'm gonna show you on the Google Maps here in a second hold on hold on okay before I forget I'm Gonna Leave Elite Frisco Independent School District website in the description below now here we are zoomed in and although it's in the Frisco ISD this is still considered West Plano and right here is the actual apartment complex as you can see building 14 building 8 right here and it's on the corner of again Ohio
(03:41) Drive and razor Boulevard turns into headquarter Headquarters Drive here a lot of times people want to know what the neighborhood looks like where these apartments at let me grab this little dude here put them on the intersection and this is what it looks like you can see right here that is the apartment complex Mission gate Apartment Homes and you can see it's very well taken care of and then you're right across the shopping center here all right real quick I'm gonna show you something hold on hold on to actually get your
(04:11) neighborhood to see what the neighbors look like dropping down in here and this is the type of neighbors you're going to be having just right around the corner from you I believe this Legacy Trail right there right next to the creek you come back over here and to the right should be the apartments again all right hold on hold on okay now that you know what the neighborhood looks like we're gonna zoom out a little bit I'm going to show you everything else that's around here uh so so hold on hold
(04:34) on and as you can see right here where it turns into Headquarters Drive it goes right into Legacy Hall all this area Here is known as Legacy West here's Legacy drafts so this area is known as the The Shops at Legacy so there's a lot of sharpening and dining and a very popular spot in this area as well as well as up here this is what they call uh they've got the boardwalk at the granite I believe is what it's called right in here it's actually I think right in that area right there but even in the apartments you got
(05:05) shopping in dining right here uh the Stonebriar here another real popular spot it's not too far it's going to be this little area it's called Ford Center right now it's called Ford Center but this is where the Dallas Cowboys had their practice office and uh field and that's a very popular spot in here as well a lot of shopping and dining in here Ikea is right here and you have quick access to 121 Sandburg and tollway here Dallas North Tollway here and if you zoom out then you're having a better
(05:33) idea of where everything is at so you can go update with McKinney this way you're almost right in Frisco Plano you're pretty much in the Northwest part of Plano and then right over here is the colony and you got Lewisville lake right here so there's just a lot to do around this area from this apartment too and actually this apartment is probably one of the better priced apartments for this area you're not going to really find too much of a better deal than Mission gate here however the prices are always

(06:30) covered parking as well and it just gives you a better look look around here the swimming pool there you zoom in as you can see lewisville's back there 35s back there 121. hold on hold on all right we're going to show you just a few more spots I'm going to zoom back out as you can see over here this is going north and that's uh that's 121 Dallas North Tollway as you can see you travel right here and this goes right into Legacy West zoom in over here and this is going to be this trip down here
(07:05) right down the middle as a very popular spot right here and then right in this area here is all The Shops at Legacy come back over here zoom in over here this is the boardwalk at the Granite Parkway shopping and dining in here as well and then right over here should be Ikea and I think we were talking about while ago was the uh the star Ford Center right now this isn't actually in Frisco but this is a very popular spot as well shopping and dining around here this is where the Dallas Cowboys have their practice field and
(07:39) they got an indoor practice field here as well and this is their offices anyway this is just a ton of things to do around here and I just wanted to give you another perspective of how everything looks on this Google Earth all right hold on okay so now we're gonna go over the qualifications and the pricing on this these apartments all right so just hold on hold on okay so now we're in our apartment database now keep in mind that pricing and availability as well as the qualifications are always subject to
(08:07) change without notice all right so this means it could be very little different by the time you're looking at this video so this information is as of today for the mission gate Apartment Homes all right security deposit it says varies a lot of time that depends on the outcome of your credit and your background checks speaking of which this one says a felony record is not accepted so if you have a fill in your record uh save your application do not apply here however if you have issues with this I do work with

(08:56) look at that information and make a determination from there all right income requirement here is at least three times the monthly rent they do credit checks and co-signers are accepted in the case you can't meet that on your own here's some parking information here as well as pet fees and deposits as well as restrictions down here all right as far as the rent monthly rent currently they're starting at 13.
(09:22) 35 per month for 660 square foot one bedroom one bath and they're going all the way up to three bedroom two and a half bath for 25.80 at 1516 square feet again this isn't West Plano so those prices may seem high to somebody out there however you start going over there to that little area of Legacy West area are you looking at uh 17 1800 minimum just for a one bedroom in fact there was a studio that that rented it's rented now but it was available for close to 1300 is only it was less than 400 square

(05:12) the uh the West here what you're gonna have over here some people like to shop over there Central Market there's going to be sand and there's also Walmart over here as well now come back over here to the east right over here this right here is under construction I'm gonna tell you that in a second but on the outskirts here you can see that they have a more shopping and dining you got BJs over here Chipotle Mexican reel Super Buffet Great Wall now right in here though all this is being redone they used to be the Collin

(05:02) bulk and really discounted prices of course you got to be remembered there and the one little spot I like here is right here Rose's Cafe to me is pretty good eating there and if you take a look around this area there's also plenty other shopping and dining as well now I'm going to zoom out kind of give you the bigger picture for those for you are not familiar with Syria all right so so if you going to be traveling East and West you've got quick access to President George Bush Tollway North and
(05:27) South you can jump over here on 75 go north and south or if you want to go to Dallas North Tollway North and South you go right over here so you see you are in the southern part of Plano uh just right on the other side of President George Bush is Richardson he's got the University of Texas at Dallas here and now I believe this is a country club yeah Canyon Creek Country Club here then you have some more shopping and dining when you get down here there's Target I think there's chilis down here and Home

(01:29) kitchen area right over there is covered and the place does have elevators with wide hallways this particular unit is a two bedroom two bath and they got Studios from 546 square feet up to three bedrooms with over 1500 square feet and yes they do come with washer and dryer and I believe they got ceiling fans in the rooms as well now this is the master bedroom of the two bedroom two bath which has the master bath with a walk in shower I got some pretty nice towel work in there in the glass door so it's pretty pretty nice they did a really
(02:08) good job on this it also has a walk-in closet so there's plenty of storage for clothing and such and I believe this one has actually got a double vanity as well with granite countertops it sure does so I'm going to come into the second bedroom guest bedroom or second bedroom this has a walk-in closet but not quite as big as a master but it is a decent sized closet and then right outside is the guest bath which is accessible out from the the general area as well this one does not have a walk-in shower but
(02:42) it does have a pretty good sized large tub with a nice towel work as well now we're in the balcony and you'll notice right here right across here that's a large balcony and that's actually for a three bedroom unit yeah they do have that so if you need that let me know of course we're overlooking the swimming pool area lounging areas I got fire pits and grills down there yes the refrigerator does come now we're going to be entering this Skyview Lounge I believe you can actually rent this

(00:29) because you or someone you know is looking for a place to call home these apartments are actually built in around 2019 I believe they have about 385 units we're actually on the first floor looking at the lounge area the club club area you'll notice that there was elevators to access the other floors as well as lockers for packages this is right outside that club area which has fire pits and a swimming pool for your outside Recreation Area also we're going to be looking what's of it or what's
(00:58) around these apartments as soon as we finish up the inside door so don't go nowhere this actually is the business area which has small private offices that are available on first come first serve and there's actually a printer in this room available for for your convenience also this is the Sky Lounge you'll notice there was a TV there so there's plenty of relaxation up here if you just want to get out and then right inside the Sky Lounge is going to be this little recreation area which comes
(01:25) with the kitchenette and I do believe you can reserve this for private parties or such and you'll see that there is covered parking garage access secured and this is the one bedroom one bath and that room that we walked in was actually considered the den you see the main area that we just passed and you can access this bathroom through the kitchen area and it comes out to the master bedroom now these units range from Studios on up to three bedrooms two baths with over 1500 square feet so they do have the
(01:57) variety here as we come back in this uh spacious bathroom you notice the double vanity which has granite countertops and a double seat vanity a nice towel work on the shower and then a pretty good size walk-in closet with shells and they do have ethnic drawers down there and more space I believe behind that door which I wasn't able to get at that time Behind These two double doors you'll see the washer and dryer which does come with the unit from my understanding so they're supplied and then you come
(02:29) into kitchen area which also has a granite countertops nice backsplash and great appliances we're back in the den area that door with the lock was going to to the hallway and a good sized Pantry there the other door I believe has the air conditioning unit which is the maintenance area now we're going to come out to the balcony which overlooks the courtyard they do have some units that Overlook the swimming pool but this one is actually the courtyard and actually a pretty nice area here now if you have pets large or small as you can
(03:00) see you can bring them in here to wash them up nice little area now it does come with a good fitness center it actually has machine weights as well as free weights that's the the weight machines are downstairs and then when you come up to the upstairs you'll notice that they have the cardio section which has the ellipticals the staircase uh as well as the treadmills now we're going to see what's around here so so don't go anywhere hold on because I'm gonna show you what's around this meat area hold on

(01:21) apartment now you can see these uh bathrooms and these kitchens they're all uh up updated luxury Gourmet style in the kitchen and this walk-in closet here is uh I got five shells there and hanging racks a plenty of space for your wardrobe now I do I do believe these locks are operated with a bluetooth app once you're in here and most of these units if not all do come with a washer and dryer you'll probably have to confirm that with the leasing nature I don't want to mislead you I personally I
(01:53) like that they have these uh floors in there without the carpet in the living room and this particular one has a balcony I hear overlooking the swimming pool very very nice with the wide hallway carpeted gives you that five-star luxury feel now yeah plenty of a good equipment here to stay in shape so no no excuse not to work out because it's all right here and then of course like most people most Apartments nowadays got a resort style uh swimming pool they do have a little outdoor kitchen over there grilling area plenty of outdoor

(04:15) walking distance so you do have some shopping and dining around this area all right let me zoom out here hold on hold on one second all right so we Zoom down also changed out the map so you can just kind of see the the roads here this was the bridge at the Heritage Creekside right here so we'll be looking at so that the restaurants are right in here now you are just real close to President George Bush Turnpike as well as 75 so if you need to go north or south or east or west you got quick access to uh to
(04:41) travel if need be again we are in South Plano another good location here is because you are in this area right up here is 15th Street to get the old downtown historic Plano which has got a lot of shopping and dining over there as well it also got Haggard Park the guys festivals and festivities there so there's a plenty to do around here now you see this little area right here they are redoing that as soon to be uh as we're calling Creek Mall used to be and they're redoing that to more shopping dining area as well plus more Apartments
(05:11) so stay tuned for that now over here is medical city of Plano it's a hospital here again this is in South uh Plano so quick access to everything let me zoom out a little bit more so so hold on let me show you exactly this in relation to DFW hold on a little more okay so here we are I went ahead and mapped it out here's a bridge at Heritage Creekside and I put a destination of downtown Dallas where the union Tower so in the event you need to drive somewhere downtown Dallas this little map pig is a little tool is saying for a Monday
(05:38) morning typical Monday morning if you need them about 8 A.M you need to you know leave around 7 15 and then it takes you about 28 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get there and this saying goes to the Dallas North toy now if you want to learn how to use this tool maybe you do maybe you don't but I'll leave a link to that video up here as well so hold on we're gonna see something hold on don't go anywhere all right so here's the the map from the bridge at uh Heritage crease that all the way to

(06:52) Point Park here that's also got a little Pond or some people call it a lake and up here uh right off of here on 75 you also got what they call Waters Creek Village they got a real good restaurant over there my wife and I like it's called Cheesecake Factory It's actually an allen but it's just right there on the outskirts of Plano and then off to the West along this West Side there's a lot to shopping and dining the hot spots around here that people like is uh Legacy West was just west of the Dallas
(07:18) North Tollway and then east of that it's going to be the Shops of Legacy and in this corner right here is going to be to call the uh boardwalk of the Granite Park uh so that's right and there's a lot of shopping and dining in there as well and then just north of that you're actually in Frisco but there's also going to be the star where the Dallas Cowboys uh at practice and there's a lot of nice shops and dining in there as well and then for those that want the lake life you've got Lewisville lake off

(02:21) pretty pretty well lit up and then you do have the walk-in shower now most of these apartments do come with either a covered parking and or a garage so you have some kind of protective uh parking for your vehicle back there in the back you can barely see but that is a fenced in dog park and a pavilion there for grilling out and then you got the volleyball court in the sand and indoor courts for pickleball or racquetball course so you get your exercise in and you got a game room that's on the inside uh shoot some pool and just hang out now

(04:08) couple of charging stations for your electric vehicles anyhow this is the main clubhouses where we came and the pool is right behind me and I told you we had a second pool which is right over here okay and one thing I want to mention is you see right here in here it is a gated community and this also uh it borders right on the edge of the Ridgeview Ranch golf course so all these units right here are right next to the uh the golf course so if you play golf this this actually may be the place for you if not they got some brand new ones
(04:36) over there in Frisco or PGA on the Parkway and I'd be more than happy to show you those as well anyway we were over here a while ago this is the sand volleyball court it's zoom in a little bit here and you'll notice I kind of pointed out the dog park was behind that fence there here's a playground volleyball court in the sand uh this is a racquetball in the basketball court now I said that the pickleball was in there I believe but they told me it's actually behind there it's in this section behind the uh

(05:27) in green and you can see if you zoom in a little bit here you can see this is where the apartment complex is now this is Independence Parkway right here going north and south and this is San rabantrobe which is they call it 121 going across now uh let me zoom out just a little bit right here you'll see custard all right now remember on the video at the beginning I was telling you we are actually in the frisco Independent School District even though it's a Plano address Frisco the city of Frisco actually is north of 121 and then
(05:55) here's Custer and it's going to be to the west of customers so this is actually uh Frisco's city limits in here and just off to the east of custard that's going to be actually McKinney now south of 121 and east of Custer is actually Allen and then again to the west of Custer which these apartments like this is actually in Plano so you are in a Plano uh address City address however in Frisco Independent School District layout all right so and you got Golf Course here you got another Golf Course or golf the golf club at Twin
(06:25) Creeks over here as well let me zoom out a little bit more so you can kind of an idea where everything is at so here over here is Dallas more Tollway you zoom in over here you're gonna have Legacy West and the Shops of Legacy so that's not too far and over here you're gonna have uh the boardwalk at Granite Park I believe right in this little area and then of course if you're familiar with this area you'll know that the Stars up here and there's a lot of shopping and dining over here in Frisco
(06:50) as well as the the stadium and then you got a Frisco Square and I'm not going to show you everything's at because you can probably find it real quick McKinney's got an old Square over there it's a nice area as well so this is Plano in this area here that's mainly it extends a little bit east over here and then you got Oak Point Park right here where they have the Plano festival and Arbor Hills Nature Preserve on this side over here then you got the colony which a lot of people like going over here but the new
(07:16) grandscape and you've got Nebraska Furniture Mart grandscape has a lot to do and I think this also will Hub 121 which is I think near Alma off and 121. anyhow I'm going to show you just a little bit more here's a George Bush turnpike right here and going south you're going into Dallas but hold on let me show you something else hold on all right so real quick a lot of y'all know if y'all see my videos I'd like to give you an idea how long it's going to take you to get from what
(07:41) we're looking at which is a statue at Ridgeview Ranch Apartments all the way down to uh Dallas and I usually pick a reunion tower because that's kind of like downtown uh Dallas and Google tells you how long it's going to take you typically 30 to 45 minutes on this particular one and I always do it arriving about 8 A.
(07:59) M so if people gotta go to work first thing on Monday morning it's usually about the busiest time so I got this filtered out to go by 8 A.M on Monday morning so you can see what the drive is going to look like but hey if you already know how to use this a tool then great if you don't I'll leave a link up there you can set this around any way you like all right one more thing show hold on okay the other destination we'd like to look at is going from these apartments and stands here at Ridgeview Ranch all the way to

(02:38) they do have a coffee machine here as well and then right across this place are right next to this place is going to be your fitness center which you do have free weights which is good as well as cardio machines you need a treadmills ellipticals and uh the cycle machines and I believe they've got some machine weights here as well right there and then right outside of this area is going to be a very well manicured place not for the swimming pool this is one of the benefits of having an established older complex that's been around well
(03:11) manicured you can't just grow this stuff overnight but this is right next to this swimming pool got plenty of lounging area covered Cabana over here for furniture outdoor furniture it also comes right next to this gas fireplace so you can hang out around here in the uh when it gets cool not too cold and uh for entertainment with guests and whatnot all right again you're going to see this swimming pool it is nice and then we're going to show you what's around here in a minute so so don't go

(05:52) Dallas North Tollway and George Bush now because of this location you're not far from anything again you can you can travel north and south and then east and west but then right up here you got uh Shops of Legacy and then to the E I'm sorry to the west of Dallas North Dakota weekend are going to have uh Legacy West also you can come over here and right across just to the east of um a 75 you're going to have old downtown plain and there's a lot of stuff going on there historic they got uh Arts over
(06:21) there and uh a lot to do around there now if you're not into all the night life and what's going on there hey look if you're into nature look you got Arbor Hills right here and you got Old Point Park Nature and preserve over here so that's where the Plano Balloon Festival is uh annually it's the September which is like oh it's it's September so it's coming up soon all right hold on let me show you something else hold on okay so real quick if you're living out there like I want to show you how how long it

(04:10) here you can see this is the entrance and we were actually on a highway we're just where we were at a second ago to the West is the Preston and then this is the Legacy just up to the north I was telling you about while ago now I'm going to zoom out a little bit and show you what's around here in in relation to uh Plano again you're right off a legacy if you head straight to the West you can hit to The Shops at Legacy over here I believe right in here yeah Shops of Legacy and Legacy West is going to be right up there I believe you
(04:38) also got uh the more walking Granite Park I believe is right there yeah right there and of course you got uh 121 and Dallas North Tollway so just right up to the north yep there's Ford Center with the Dallas Cowboys Practice Center of course you got the uh the Stonebriar area so it is so much to do right in here so you're just really close to everything close for those that want a carpenter rec center is right here as well and a new HEB is just a little bit south of uh on uh Preston so there is a lot to do you can head just straight off
(05:09) to the East and you're going to be hitting 75 and you can be real close to the uh Waters Creek area up here as well in Allen I'm getting in again and off of 121 they got a lot of new things going on right off of 121. so just wanted to show you that real quick in the whole wrong a couple things I'm going to show you something just hang in there okay so real quick this this tool helps us estimate how long it's going to take to get from the apartments all the way downtown Dallas I got to set up a
