hey all right today we're going to be looking at the Villas of Preston Creek Apartments in Plano Texas now this is actually in North Plano right by the intersection of Ohio on Legacy Drive actually between Ohio and Preston and so if you know Plano that's just blocks away from Shops of Legacy and then right across the tollway from Legacy West now these are a little bit older but as you can see they got well established trees so they've been around for a while but more importantly they've recently redone

parking I do believe you can reserve some of those if you want like ten ten dollars a month now these two stories of up stores does come with balconies I believe most of them do not all of the bottom units come with the with the yard but some of them do but one thing they all do come with is the attached garage that's kind of a rare find because most of them nowadays are they come with a covered garage parking but not the attached and this one is and they also come with a washer and dryer supplied so that's
good news for a lot of you because I know a lot of people don't want to go out there and rent an added expense now you'll notice real quick all of the features the fixtures the cabinets the countertops they've all been redone very nicely and updated they're trying to keep up with everybody around here because they're here in West Plano thanks to things grow real quick this is the uh the bedroom so the bedroom does come with the carpet and it's good size uh walk-in closet it was these units
were I think built in the mid 90s so they do have a little bit of age but you can tell they've been really redone very nice this is the bathroom and it is accessible from the living area some of them you can only get through there on these one bedrooms from the bedroom but this one you can get from the living area itself when you come out here you're going to see that this kitchen has a good sized pantry you can't really tell right now but you but it is so hang on let me show you some more so so don't go nowhere

right up against uh Legacy now right behind us on you can see this is the main lobby area the leasing office the clubhouse and whatnot so you can actually drive in here right here without going in the gates because this game community and it is a pretty fairly big uh complex it's in a residential area but you're not too far from Legacy West and shops late I'm gonna show you that a minute all right hold on okay so here we are on the map here uh this is actually the Villas of Preston Creek right in this area right
here you can see this is the entrance and we were actually on a highway we're just where we were at a second ago to the West is the Preston and then this is the Legacy just up to the north I was telling you about while ago now I'm going to zoom out a little bit and show you what's around here in in relation to uh Plano again you're right off a legacy if you head straight to the West you can hit to The Shops at Legacy over here I believe right in here yeah Shops of Legacy and Legacy West is going to be right up there I believe you
also got uh the more walking Granite Park I believe is right there yeah right there and of course you got uh 121 and Dallas North Tollway so just right up to the north yep there's Ford Center with the Dallas Cowboys Practice Center of course you got the uh the Stonebriar area so it is so much to do right in here so you're just really close to everything close for those that want a carpenter rec center is right here as well and a new HEB is just a little bit south of uh on uh Preston so there is a lot to do you can head just straight off
to the East and you're going to be hitting 75 and you can be real close to the uh Waters Creek area up here as well in Allen I'm getting in again and off of 121 they got a lot of new things going on right off of 121. so just wanted to show you that real quick in the whole wrong a couple things I'm going to show you something just hang in there okay so real quick this this tool helps us estimate how long it's going to take to get from the apartments all the way downtown Dallas I got to set up a
reunion tower right now it's going to take typically about 30 to 55 minutes depending on traffic right this is just a tool to use if you don't know how to use it I'm Gonna Leave a link up there or down in the description below I just kind of give you an idea of how long it takes s if you're using it to go to downtown Dallas you can always put in a different address hold up hold on okay so real quick we own greatschools.
